Ridge Bay
A jobsite brain on a Raspberry Pi.
Companion lives on associate handhelds. Customers still hunt a Red Vest. Ridge Bay is a customer-facing, aisle-aware, voice-first display — cheap enough to put in every high-confusion department, not just a service desk.

On-box behavior
- Wake word: Hey Ridge.
- Aisle-aware: the flooring bay does not lead with fertilizer.
- EN/ES toggle on the chrome.
- Item master cached locally. Inventory heartbeat when the store network is up; “stock as of” when it is not.
- QR job ticket into Ridge Vest so the associate does not re-interview the customer.
- Same Ridge Engine as the website. No second math.
